There's a first time for everything so here's my first home. The auction ended at about 3:30pm. In an hour and a half, I went through more than 40 pages of the legal document, asking questions about the fine prints and preparing bank cheques. Being a first time home owner made me feel like an adult. The sense of responsibility you feel when you have to maintain a roof over your head. This is something I’ve taken for granted when living with the parents. Now I just have to go earn more money and pay off the mortgage early.

Thanks. The field is very dynamic so I'm back on the steep learning curve, resulting in long hours at the office. I’m probably going for FIN108 - Term II. How about you? Maybe I’ll see you in class.

The house looks amazing mate. I'm quite surprised it looks like a newly built house to me. The decoration and colours are fantastic too.

Thanks. The pictures make it look nicer than it really is although I do think the previous owner has pretty decent taste.
